The stock owners will boot Hans out. He hasn't performed up to his agreement and the stock price has been steadily decreasing. PIP for Hans. Dividend will be cut and more heads will be cut as well. Approximately 12%. All this to possibly avoid a bankruptcy. With 100% debt there is no other alternative. Cellular is dead and he was hired to help ki-l it. Why else is he on a board of institutional investors? Plus he took Erricson bankrupt as well. People need to learn these ceo's are hired to perform a task set to them by investors. This path wasn't to raise the stock price, but to bleed the company dry so the institutional investors can make their money before the company is capsized.
