while our future is being defined today and many jobs will end up getting cut, SPC gets to travel for a F2F meeting (all expenses paid of course)

What’s SPC?
I do not know it all, just advising what I know. I didn't attend the meeting and many in the spc were busy working and couldn't attend as well. So to answer I don't know what was discussed, it's just a celebration of all things spc. Mostly operations is there and of course they could care less about all of those impacted. Even of they say they do care, that would be lies... they moved on and saved them selves for now by joining up in the spc. Here's the kicker though, they outsourced people but now they are going to train and outsource themselves with foreign replacements. So don't worry, we all will be replaced in due time. And yes, they already hired the foreign folks to be trained in ops roles. So give it till the end of 2024 and they'll be on the streets begging for work too.

That was last week in Basking Ridge NJ, you're a little late to the game there. Plus SPC is always traveling expenses paid by VZ, so nothing new. Last year reps were getting flown 1st class around the globe to help support SPC site ramps, it's funny they thought they were actually important, when in reality they were helping outsource their own jobs. I feel sorry for the ones that didn't get that experience and are just getting the rough end of the stick. Hopefully everyone gets their preference. Best wishes to all for the future.
