Where does it have it in writing they will buy you out?
I believe everyone is an at will employee.
I was hoping for the buyout but didn't get it in April:(
I literally got paid to find a new job that I enjoy much more.
Take it from me. A paid 6 month sabbatical is the best thing that could have happened for my mental health.
I dunno. A 6 month paid vacation sounds nice
