If terminated for poor attendance do you still get severance? Is that considered with or without cause

No you was terminated for not showing up to work. Do you expect to get paid for doing nothing
Pfff this company is still in the stone ages with the associates and will fire you for falsifying a time sheet. Clock in clock out mentality will never be an innovated or technology driven company. Too many hard headed bell heads still running this.
Don’t allow yourself to be terminated. Try to work with HR and be off boarded sooner
Read the f@q's. They gave severence to people that are on a written or final warning.
If you get terminated for poor attendance you don’t deserve any severance because you’re an id--t.
And in some states, no unemployment if you are fired,
Same as STI you get fired before you don't get paid.
You think OP was asking if between now and their off payroll date they were terminated for attendance would they still get severance, I believe the answer is yes you would
Um, that's a big no as an individual termination. If you are part of a layoff and selected based on ranking due to your performance, then yes.
I believe you’d still get severance
