Pay for VP role

Can anyone suggest the pay to negotiate for VP role at JP Morgan? How flexible are teams with remote work?

Few people come in to the office more than 1-2 days per week. I'm in HR. There are no reports. Management wants people to come in 3 days a week, but we know it's impossible, people are leaving left and right.

India -VP is 60k standard.

Indian VP'S mske $60,000.. think about that for a minute..

Now ..the ratio US / AP employment is 20/80

Out of that 20% how yo rate yourself in Technology?

Their pay is comparable to pharmaceutical companies, less than other banks or financial.

The link will give you an idea of what the median is, but salaries fluctuate wildly both within and outside the different divisions. The 603 numbers are aligned with the VP level.

As you've probably gathered, Chase employed are required to work in office three days a week and we're being tracked (and updated) by management as to whether or not we're hitting a 60% in-office mark. In my tower (global technology), there's some flexibility if you need to stay home with a sick kid or you have a dishwasher repair person coming or whatever, but the number of people abusing our former schedule of being in office two days a week lead to the requirement to come in three days. I won't be shocked if a year from now, we're back to a 100% in-office requirement.
