It’s so sad that people are so unhappy at mondelez, and for good reason! Management is the absolute worse! Treat employees like dirt. Everyday someone goes to worn for mondelez, they are contributing to the problem by allowing “business as usual”. Get out! You’ll feel so much better and their problems with retaining help will continue! Things at mondelez will only get worse!!!

It’s like an awakening when you finally leave and are free from the BS! Life is great again!!! So long Mondelez, I won’t miss ya! Worst management there is, hands down! My 5 year old knows to treat people better!

Amen! Management is typically young and power hungry! Terrible for retention! GS is a narcissist and feeds off the youngsters he hires l, who then go on a power trip!
Things will only get worse!!
