Poor timing, but leadership keeps the communications team in the dark about layoffs around the company. So that’s why you see all the tone-deaf badly timed episodes of up to seed ignoring the plight of actual employees.
Yes keep exporting jobs to India, the Philippines and now even Johannesburg Hans and your Ops Teams. The more you export the more our customers will go to T-MOBILE. And you wanna know why —- because our Customer Service is the absolute worst. The once gold standard is now India’s Top Employer🔴. Keep it up Hans. You are doing such a great jog just like you did at Ericson🤮🤣🤣😉

Those actually are not chickens. They are roosters at the call centers in the Philippines.
Best place to work in India! The close 2nd best was a sweatshop making uncomfortable shirts for wireless retail workers.
Whenever I call, I get a different rep that claims their name is ‘Tom’. I think one of the 50 Tom’s is lying .
The reps always ask me how the weather is where I am. I guess they are jealous that we have weather here under 110 degrees F
I hear chickens when I call cust service. Is that normal?
I love the Indian reps. They have American names but not American accents.
Nothing is comical.
As India starts importing more, they will require more of the work get done there or we bring a certain number of workers from India to the USA to do the work.
Seems reasonable to me. We would do the same thing.
