My friend lives in NY — nothing posted for that state either. Has anyone seen CVS pop up on any of their state WARN notices??

Don’t need warn notices when they are laying off the remote people.
Looks like RI is mandatory if over 500 employees being let go. If less than 500 they must make up 33% of the total work force in that location. And CT is anything over 100.
No WARN notice in RI either.
There's no notice in Illinois, which has several hundred PBM employees.

They only have to file a warn notice if it's a certain percentage in one location , this one is spread across the country, doubt there will be any warn notices
