My ftow gave a store manager My number because she needed to talk to me. Her complaint was the excessive backstock, holes on shelf and overall lack of service/displays not being built. Literally everything My ftow is supposed to be doing but he gave her my number when she complained hahahahahahabahah

I can’t blame everything on the FTOW. It’s such bullsh-t what they expect them to get done in a store in limited time. CPHs is a joke.
Sounds about right. Remember, We as SR’s “don’t do anything all day and write orders from our couch” which is pretty hard to do when you are on GPS.
I just pass out the DM number and walk away
