I quite for another job a few months ago. One regret, should have done it sooner. New employer is fantastic. No DEI. Culture of performance and merit. Directors and VPs who know what they are doing and we respect them.

This company has 25,0000 employees, you will have to wait a long time for all of them to leave. A lot of black people have been waiting since forced segregation for racist to leave.

I love that people say things now like "No DEI" and talk about "POC" as a negative thing to help the world identify them as racist. It makes it much easier for the rest of us to know who they are.
