Some re-Org has happened in my BU end of july and heard some changes in other BUs.

This is in response to the inquiry about procurement. Yeah they really are full of redundancies and overlap of department worker's. I worked in this department for many years (IBM) I eventually posted out. I definitely, remember a lot fewer of us doing a heck of a lot more. I am also amazed at the higher salary level in this department. Kyndryl would benefit quite a bit if they leaned out this department. Also does this department report to the office anymore. This department should not be remote, period.
I for one will be ecstatic. To See them clean house, of all you white bigot's. This company will benefit from a more diverse equitable workforce. Most minorities coming through the door have actual real world skills and life experiences'. So goodbye, to all of you racist men. This company is and will review all emails and DM messaging to weed them out. I will eventually be your boss!
Good luck to any unfortunate they cut loose. Thank you for your loyal service to IBM/Kyndryl.
CIO will get the hit heavily, people 55+ have no chance next year
Kyndryl need to get rid of their overpopulated internal CIO team.what I'm hearing is that they will cut 50% of their workforce within next 9-12 months.
Kendryl is a dog and not sure why anyone wants to work for them. Look at the financials! Even IBM didn’t want to deal with this money losing business.
Experis contractors got hit in Kyndryl BISO / CISO units Aug 4th 2023. Not sure how many impacted but
NO warning. The Friday phone call and good byeeeeeee. A box will be sent to your house for the laptop and take a picture of the box for the handoff at the UPS store and ...
Don't let the door hit you in the A**
OP - Did the reorg include RIF or just resource realignment?
I think procurement will be in trouble. That department is overly staffed.
