The severance document says it follows the payroll schedule. So we should know by checking our bank accounts on August 11th.

Laurie is one of the c level executives in charge of people's management or something like that. You can see her on the org chart.

There is a question in the Layoff tracking 2.0 thread that referenced Laurie saying there will be cuts. Who is Laurie?

Accrued PTO will likely be paid out but if you used more than you accrued, that will be taken out of your last pay or severance.

Does anyone know if accrued PTO will be paid out in addition to severance?

Most people I've heard from have said this is round 1 of up to 3. They really can't say numbers for the remaining layoffs because this first round of laying off 5k will likely mean natural attrition which is exactly what Senior Leadership wants. The more people that leave on their own will means less severance and ultimately more savings to the company.

So it HR giving a list and say deliver this news (w/o management input) or the vp’s have a list and they are using that separately?

@kwn+1nVUbiNu when you write "From a source in HR is that end of day Aug 14th is when all layoffs will be completed this round" that reads that this is the first round of more layoffs. Are you saying there will be more rounds of layoffs? If so, do you have any info on dates, etc?

Has it been CONFIRMED there will be more rounds in November, March, and July 2024?

Some have been asking about severance. The policy is posted in "My HR". On the last page of the policy is a chart with Years of Service and Job Grade. It will tell how many weeks of severance you will receive.

Any word on contractors? I’m with TEKSystems only a few months in.

I can confirm 8/14 is what I’ve been told as well. And I’m unfortunately involved in doing some of these conversations and have been told to block my entire day. My understanding is that this will be the only date for those impacted by layoffs to be notified.

I've been hearing 8/14 as well. Several meetings with mid-level execs who seemed to know as much as me said that was the date. There may be re-orgs between now and then as well to align people where duplication will occur and then the duplication gets eliminated.

Are any of these August 14 reports from actual sources or just speculation based on that one person looking at the PTO of a few execs?

Did anyone hear if care management/case management would be affected on the commercial side? The statement released by the the company rep said that customer facing roles won’t be affected and we’re technically customer facing even though it’s by phone rather than in person.

Aug 14 is the date I have heard repeatedly. What I do not know is whether it’s all happening on that date or will be complete by that date.

This has been the most poorly handled layoff ever. To essentially “tease” that it’s coming, over and over, is cruel.

Thank you for posting this. Has anyone heard of any dates of when announcements will be made of the actual layoffs. The onsie-twosies are likely shifts to make other announcements, but there has to be information out there somewhere. I saw a post about executives being out of office until 8/14? Does that date sound legit?
