I expect management to use the heart at work behaviors when they lay off 5k of us in the next week when quarterly earnings are good!!
what a load of BS! as long as leadership gets millions in bonuses they don't care about the staff. Even if you don't get cut, why try to stay?

Yes people should start leaving as soon as they get good opportunities. Unfortunately they need to pay their bills and cannot take this decision so soon. In IT many are on H1 who unfortunately cannot leave so easily without another job. That is the reason senior leadership in tech wants to hire them. They are more likely to put up the abuse, long hours and low pay due to their visa situation. VP’s and SVP’s know this. most of them are have been oh H1 at one time or the other.
It's everywhere. This is why I left my last job in April now here I am again, in purgatory. It don't matter, it's gonna happen no matter where you are.
Exactly! As long as corporate folks can line their pockets with the bonus money and sit in an air conditioned office they will never understand the reality of the workload they put on us out in the field! Yea I said it and don’t regret it!
