So who’s the id--t that first thought up the whole “Mission One”?? They need to be fired just like that Bud Light lady was. Because this is absolutely horrible and we all knew it would be this bad.

Recession??? NO!!!! GREED!!! This company repeatedly posts huge profits, meanwhile cutting pay and benefits for the front line workers. They want huge profits, with peasants working here. Mondelez, the new Walmart, where full time workers qualify for government assistance...
I think you blame the same a**holes who brought us Salesforce, ideploy, and DMI! Way to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on useless apps instead of training keeping and promoting good merchandisers , sales reps, dms etc!!! No one ever looks at the DMI pics! I know because mine were terrible and it was never noticed by DM, RMS or SIM!! but I was always at 100% LOL

You are overthinking this issue, it has nothing to do with the economy! They have been working on this loser idea for a long time, it was tested in our region years ago!
Exactly. They are just trying to get ahead of the curve when the economy really starts to slow down. Only problem is they are several months too early.
The company also knew it would be bad. They just needed to cut payroll, costs. All dsd companies main focus right now is too cut costs. We are in a recession
