My guess is they’ll be announcing layoffs. Anyone have any more intel?

All hands on deck is not good. There will be layoffs, guarantee
I don’t blame original poster for freaking out with the industry not being too secure this year, but like someone mentioned, all hands meetings occur quarterly. The company said more layoffs this year, but for the purposes of the all hands meeting, I think it’s just that. A regular department quarterly meeting and not a meeting to lay people off.
Just closed their new ogden utah facility - ~300 layoffs. Also hearing reports that their logan, utah operations laid off several employees today and are planning to do so on night and weekend shifts
They will never let you know a whole month ahead by scheduling a meeting. The managers are typically told 1-2 weeks before the layoffs. Day of the layoffs, if your role is affected, you will be called in to a room with HR and your manager. The remainder of the team will then be notified via a separate meeting scheduled a short time before it starts.
Why does an All Hands indicate layoffs? We have all hands like once a quarter
Can you clarify what CM is? What division/group?
HR director is listed as an optional attendee on the invite…not looking good.
