Disputing unemployment?

Has anyone here heard that Follett is disputing unemployment insurance?

I cannot file for unemployment until the severance pay ends. This is not the case for all states. Maybe Follett does not realize this and are disputing the claims starting to come in now. Just show the agreement to unemployment.

Just letting the JRC investors know that they are looking after their investors. Damn the greedy help we fired. We will need to hire some more executives for the Ivory Tower to deal with these... people.

I was reached out too as well. I don’t see how Follett dispute UI benefits months after layoffs and severance agreements were signed. What a horrible, heartless company.

If they fired you due to reorganization, good luck Follett. UE is justified. If you quit, probably not gonna get a penny.
