It doesn't matter what they say , they'll just raise quotas so high that we'll make the same sh-t money, at risk could be a million dollars, but if the numbers are unattainable it won't matter!

They don't hit quota based on being a Lazy As--s and free loading off a handful of hard working reps!! It's all gonna change October 1st and all the free loaders will begin to cry like cry babies. If you wanna make $$$ your A-s better not leave on time like you do now or hand your sales to other reps...:) :) :)

New Commission Structure = Less Money. Each time they’ve changed it, we made less money. But yeah like always, they’ll paint a beautiful picture out of it.
They’ve laid off 3k , outsourced damn near all of telesales/service. Invested a ton of money back into retail with this new alignment. Yes I do think they’re going to pay out more. They have to if they want to attract the talent needed to get Verizon back to relevancy
not a single person that I've talked to has confidently said it's coming back. Just that it feels like that, seems like it, and such. No idea why people would even want it back. When has a commission change ever benefited us employees. It will 100% only be worse and harder to make money. The company is already doing terrible you really think that they are going to pay us more money? Most stores didn't even hit their quota's last month.
