I still care about this job, but it is becoming almost impossible to meet the goals. I have a lot of work experience, but despite that I am often in a situation where I can hardly complete a task. There's just too much pressure.

Typically RM visits just waste your time vs actually helping complete tasks. They'll tell you what needs to be done and expect you to pull more staff and time out of your magic hat and get it done.
Maybe they could send extra help, but most stores are in the same situation. Either way, let them know what's going on and do the best you can.
The last thing I need is my RM visiting asking stupid questions knowing damn well what the answer is.
Get used to it ! Rush is sneaking up on you. Maybe your RM can stop in or send some extra help?
