Wow! I sure do feel appreciated for all the long hours I have put in to date. Plus didn’t even provide update on the employee surveys during Q2 update.

These type of people use projection of how they are upon others. This is key to being a psychopath. I see from afar that it just does not happen at the Frank level, it is also almost all upper management. They are so keyed into these made up numbers on everything that the art of listening is null. If they only knew how the company is failing because of the cover up from middle management they might change their tune. I do not know one person that can speak with authority on how thing really are.
They want to talk about customer commitments and how they follow through on these things, but yet no one is here to get it all done. They are more worried about putting in badge readers and pointing cameras at peoples desk. Where can we get a live feed of these? I bet there are lots of empty desks, but yet the return to office makes up collab better. Even in the office, there are teams meeting after teams meeting, no face to face at all.
Right now is the time for another fintech company to make its move on Fiserv as a hostile takeover. This would put the all in check and then the boot right out the door.
Follow my lead and file a harassment report.
Fine Christian leader" LMFAO. Yeah, Franks a great Christian. I must have missed the passages in the Bible where Jesus talked about sh-----g on the little guy at every turn so you can stockpile as much wealth as you can for you and your buddies. Maybe you can point me to that chapter and verse?

Go to 4:20 in and when asked if Frank is more concerned about the 2nd half. He looks to his right and starts talking how he guided up the revenue and does not answer the question.
In other words, the second half numbers are not there and the RIFs will continue.
When were employee called spoiled? Please tell me someone has this on video and share.
Maybe he meant spoiled McDonald's
Work within your 8 hr boundary… nothing more
We are spoiled to be able to work for such a fine Christian leader as Frank J Bisignano. Leadership doesn't get any better than Frank. Count yiur blessings to work under his leadership.
The CEO is alone responsible for the performance of a company. If Fiserv is in decline, all signs point to Frank. The CEO is also responsible for setting the culture. If the employees are unhappy overall, it is the responsibility of the CEO. Pulling levers (layoffs) and blaming employees by calling them spoiled is undeniable proof of an absolute failure of leadership. Frank Failed Fiserv. Frank is the worst CEO that Fiserv has ever had.
He has earned all of those perks. Great talent results in great rewards
So help me understand, the CEO who is paid tens of millions in compensation, gave himself a raise 3x higher than the employees, locates an office within minutes of one of his mansions, has a driver, security, catered lunch, flies on a private jet - all paid by the company - he isn't the spoiled one? No, its the employee doing the job of 3 people, getting a salary increase well below inflation, fighting traffic everyday to go to an office just to get on video calls, eating lunch at their desk - those are the spoiled ones???
And to the disgusting, sycophantic, useful id--t, ignorant _turds_ that agree with him... GFYS!
If anyone is spoiled it is Frank and his directs. Someone PLEASE post the video, PLEASE!
He’s right
From McDonald workers to spoiled workers, what's next? Somethings is not right when the boomer CEO starts to blame workers for current situation.
