It's sad because, while this sentiment is true, there are a select few teams/sub-divisions at the company which are actually quite good to their employees (within the restrictions dictated by Fiserv leadership, of course). If leadership weren't so keen on decimating employee morale and ruling with an iron fist on all matters large and small, then some teams could actually be quite nice to work for here.
Unfortunately, since lower-level managers (and even VPs) are given near-zero autonomy to manage their teams and divisions as they see fit, even teams with empathetic leaders are helpless to do anything to improve morale for their employees. It's a sad state of affairs at this company where well-meaning people's hands are tied like this.
agreed - unless you’re an executive (or in the executive sphere)
