Post Frank’s tirade check-up

How are we feeling after Franky’s tirade today?

Personally, I’m so glad I am on my way out of here. People leaving might be exactly what he wants but at the same time, his old school mindset clearly isn’t ever changing. Everyone’s that’s currently unhappy with Fiserv leadership should be spending every single working moment updating your resume and applying elsewhere. You don’t deserve to be treated this way. I guarantee that you’ll eventually find a much better job.

Yes, we have proof. Currently running it by different attorneys for next steps. The WSJ requested copies as well. We were adviced to not say more at this moment, but keep an eye on Fiserv in the news soon.

Hey, @1tuc, what you say is illegal. The silicon valley companies tried that years ago and were BUSTED. Would love for you to provide proof. Put your money where your mouth was.

Don't believe the propaganda! I know someone that recently left to go to an FI. How could FB threaten our competitors? I think there might be enough pi---d off clients will to hire people to get their stuff to work. Besides even if FB tried that he could get arrested on RICO charges!

Did he run those phone calls by the legal team? Is he going to ask retro-actively?

@1tuc+1nN2z1u8v Wrong, competitors and BP's are grabbing up all the Fiserv refugees and happy to have the talent and experience.

Frank contacted all the CEOs we do business with (competition and BPs) and told them to not allow any Fiserv employees to be onboarded.

Do not waste your time applying and interviewing for anything in the Fintech space. Once the offer letters are being composed, the HR and C Suite will see Fiserv and ghost you. They cannot afford for Frank to pull business away from them to hire new talent.

When Frank had his opportunity to address the low Well-Being scores on the survey, he doubled down (and then tripled down) on the office policy. He proceeded to yell at us all, said that any employee can contact him to challenge him on it, especially now that his cell phone number is apparently public knowledge after his little PR stunt at Forum. This quote of his tells you everything you need to know about the future well-being culture of this company, run away now.

“I don’t think work life balance is, ‘I work the days I want in the office and my friends that I work with will have to figure out when I’m coming in’. That’s not work life balance and people can put this all over the web that I’m saying this. It’s kind of fine by me, right, work life balance is being on a good teammate, a good partner, and a good family member… and maybe the pandemic spoiled some people, right, habits got created, right, we are going to lead. [mentions that Amazon wrote they’re doing what Fiserv is doing]. Our shareholders like it, our clients like it, and it’s the requirement.”

So glad I left. I really want to convey that working in the current Fiserv "culture" is not normal. When you get on the other side of it, that becomes apparent instantly. Frank is a petulant little man stuck in the 1950's.

Same here. I've been on vac since the 17th. Can you guys bullet-point some of the 'intriguing' things out Dear Leader opined?

Qualified as harassment. Let's all report it to HR. Those HR minions will be forced to act or we do a class action lawsuit.

Agreed! I am less than 2 years away from retirement after spending most of my career at Fiserv. Hoping I get RIF'd and get severance but will be ok if not. Just doing my job, nothing extra, and keeping my head down.
