About 90% of the the whining here comes from OFS. And about all of that is the Ohio office that spent the last 15 years in party town dating each other. This is a business with expectations and goals. We brought some east coast discipline to this party and you don’t like it

Is there even an Ohio office left?!
The shills like to fan the OFD-OFS flames to keep the employees divided. They definitely don't want them thinking as a union.
Mid to upper management might also have some rivalry. But that could be because one side is being systematically removed.
The people who actually run this company are all victims of the same failed leadership and don't have any inherent rivalry.
Wait wait.... I thought we all hated this sh-t company as a team. We still have that OFD vs OFS mentality going on around here?
OP is full of $hit and obviously OFD
Frank is actively blocking anyone from Fiserv being onboarded to any company in Fintech. Don't waste time applying to cores, IPs, FIS, JHA. Frank threatened (illegally) to stop doing business with them if they hire from his prison. Leave Fintech first and then make a move. Class Action anyone?
Very little to do with the Ohio office clown
I can assure you that some of East Coast folks (including BH, ATL, Remote) are complaining, concerned, and looking to leave. The only reason more folks haven’t left is because of the job market. This time last year I was losing people quicker than we could hire them. And since then morale has only gotten worse.
Last I checked Fiserv acquired First Data because Frank was burning office furniture to heat the building.
Most of my BH colleagues are worthless and complain about the small amount of work they are assigned. Most of them are also looking for a new role because they don't want to commute to Franks repurposed hotel 4 days a week.
stop giving East Coasters a bad name.
Lol, more ironic whining about the whining. Thanks for stopping by Guy!
Don't worry. After a couple of more years the whole party will be on the East coast.
But it will be a smaller party so wear your smaller market cap with pride.
OFS has a right to be upset, Frank destroyed what little good was left at Fiserv. East coast discipline is not how a majority of this country wants to be treated. That is why we don't live anywhere near that h3ll hole.
P.S. I will say, the Ohio office was about the worst OFS office that existed.
Oh my gosh - East Coast discipline - that is rich. How about East Coast mentality that cares more about the stock price than the product or customers. How about East Coast management laying off anyone in sight. I can guarantee it is not just Ohio posting to this sight.
Did you bring East Coast customer service too?
