When you have associate directors and directors listening to representatives calls for flaws you failed in life. You can save yourselves the money and let the supervisor do that go find somewhere to stand with your arms crossed like your important. These people are clueless couldn't direct sh-t in real life

A director that has one direct report called an associate director . Both wfh mostly and do nothing . Both have no real education but placed there for equity.
100000 of that number is useless management. Some that supervise 1 other person haha how’s that for efficiency ?
