Manager, supervisor, and I were all surprised about this recent termination. It was done through a big meeting but not sure how many were affected. Manager found out during an overlapping meeting happening at the same time. I'm glad I don't have to deal with their calibration system anymore. Have heard this is the first time they're doing this in tech, or at least my LOB

Their tech under the CIO is a disastrous hodge podge of stuff. CIO should have been fired a long time ago.
The feds needs to take over this company like they did Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and First Republic Bank. As an insider I see how haphazard they are in managing their tech stack environment.
They've always done stack rankings in tech and lots of people were let go. This year they're they're even harsher those beeootches.
