Lol you guys are hilarious. Holidays are by far our busiest time of the year. No way anyone is let go in October. There's a reason changes always happen april.1st (slowest time)

The only reason management does this, is because people let them!!!!! Stop! Document everything! If you are a scheduled to throw all those deliveries, save the schedule so you have it in writing. Then, forward that to HR and ask if you are suppose to follow the mission parameters or throw all those cases! Email your DM and ask first! Watch em squirm! They are all d-mb and lazy and do whatever they can get away with, don’t let ‘em!!

Managers are absolutely screwing us. We were told we would be merchandising less than 1 hour a week. Why am I consistently being scheduled to throw 8+ deliveries not to mention the cr-p load of backstock and displays I build. Then we get yelled at for not doing "our job" well Mayne it's because I'm being scheduled everyday to do things that aren't "my job"

Managers are fudging the numbers by making reps do what the FTOWs should be doing. So all corporate sees is how efficient the FTOWs are and how worthless the reps are. They are being fooled into thinking mission 1 worked. They are getting ready to dump all reps and go with FTOWs only. Let’s see what happens when there’s no reps to pick up the slack and bail everybody out

I'm praying for a severance as a sales rep. I'll probably leave before I get it unfortunately

They’re hiring people merchandisers at $19/hr and yet I’m getting $23. Been here since 2010. Just had an interview else where so I can get out of this pit. As of changes, nothing is going to happen in august. Maybe reps do away with reporting on phones. Or people just stirring the pot

Word here is the reps are gone October one. Could be since considering the schedule changes they just went thru.

Changes will continue till they get to their goal….they aren’t even close! Anyone still there, working harder for less money, I feel sad for! So many other opportunities where you can be appreciated! It’s a sad state of affairs at Mondelez, so glad I’m out of there! Making way more money which is a bonus! Just not waking every day to a toxic environment was enough to make me happy!!

I doubt if anything happens in August.
They usually roll out new missions in April.
So my guess would be you'll get a call in late February 2024 for more layoffs

The company turned into an absolute woke joke. So glad I got out when I did.

With a salary below 50, the rep job is a joke. This company does not pay enough. Takes what 20 or so years to get close to 60/yr with bonuses that are even harder to achieve and barely worth the effort. Gtfo

It’s not like we get bonus worth a damn anyway. They can keep the change.
