Just three more year and you’ll get another week off but at least you didn’t have to wait till five years for 3 weeks anymore.
Unless you are going to career vz and are rising through the ranks already might look outside as five years is a bit long otherwise.

I'm only here because I stumbled upon this old Bookmark while looking for something else and thought the 114k employee topic was... interesting.
It was over 230k back around the great exitious of 2003... when a RIF offer was made to all management employee's (with NO restriction's) and so many people took it entire departments were wiped out. Ironically the CF that followed from the loss of key employee's & departments, ultimately cost the executive who pushed it her job as well. Fun time to try and get new internal ckt designs, especially across lata's & between our own state lines... lol

This is why everything is down. The headcount is about a third since its founding, albeit the company is still too top-heavy with too many 'supposedly' strategy and bus dev people who have done nothing but burn capital and weaken the company while enriching themselves with titles and bonuses. There is a stench in BR that is foul. The board could even close down BR and every corporate office in NYC and no one would notice.
