I think he was one of the last leaders left that felt engaged, showed that he cared about our product, and had the people skills necessary to make employees feel valued. He will be a tremendous loss and I think just shows the downhill we are facing. It seems like anyone in a manager role and above has completely checked out, doing the bare minimum. I feel for the supervisors and team leads that are reporting into chains where everyone in upper mgmt doesn’t give 2 fux.

Great guy. Very friendly and knew the business well.
As a woman, I always found him to be skeevy.
Homer Simpson in real life.
who the f**K is Tracey and why should we care?
Tracy was a joke and should have been fired years ago. The guy was the epitome of an empty suit.
Retiring or "retiring" as in we've decided to part ways but you're high enough up we'll actually show you some respect and make it sound good?
Like other retirees I'm sure he'll pop back up at some other company soon.
