But will it will be VZ 2.0 style like these impossible kickers? Too high to matter, too hard to achieve and too unrealistic to motivate? Reward your front line people that make the company successful like every other GD company does for po-p sake! Stop trying to reinvent the wheel verizon. You su-k at innovation! Real money makes people happy. Happy people create a better company and loyal customers. Maybe you can keep some good people instead of throwing them away like they are disposable. "Bring in the next gamer" is a losing mantra. American customer service reps that are company controlled will help reduce churn. Being cheap crashed your stock and riding the woke train kept you distracted. Maybe time to simplify everything including our mission statement. Be great at one thing please instead of poopy at everything. Start with getting back to taking care of your own employees. Fingers crossed.

Did they spend the money they saved on this last 2 years of bs commission on a time machine? Or do you not know how to divide by 4 and read a calendar?
I do hope it comes back, I’m sick of feeding other people’s families while struggling to feed mine. If they wanted to save money, fine, raise quotas and we all make less, but the performing reps still make more. Why should I make the same as someone who’s numbers I double every month?
It doesn’t matter if individual comp comes back, same leadership, still going to fail.

Everyone should watch the last episode of Always Sunny In Philadelphia where Dennis takes a mental health day. His experience trying to get a new phone and trying to call into customer care triggered my PTSD from working for this company. I hope you all find a way out of this hellhole. GL
Corporate does not make a good case to keep stores open. The temps in Texas are thru the roof and they can’t even provide us consistent AC. Not a great motivator!! Tough to try and work in this enviornment

My thoughts exactly! My boss: So are you excited about it coming back? Me: Not really. They are going to make quota so high that only a handful of us will hit it. We are all going to be stressed out again. They are going to make it seem attainable the first month. Every month after that is going to be a struggle! Then my boss just looked at me & walked away.
It’s 100% coming, I just hope we can make actual money. Knowing this company though, it will be made to seem like you make tons of money but will be impossible. I’m setting the bar low for this reveal. It blows my mind how they don't realize that if they want sales and volume that they need to pay us real commission.
company is in no shape to pay anyone more. They want to incentivize you to work harder and make them more money.

So just like “Every” time, a beautiful picture will be painted like they have in the past. They’ll have videos for the training like its the best commission structure ever, but the reality will be far from real since, “Bottom Line”, we’ll make less money like it has happened in the past. Every single time they have changed commission in the past, we’ve made less money. What we’ve seen is Area Managers visiting stores and having a one on one with the “New Hires” (we all know which ones lol) and telling them how great of a commission structure it is or it will be. They’re also harassing them to push numbers which make them look good but don’t really make any of us money. It seems like they could be next on the chopping block & pressurize employees to slam customers’ accounts or they’ll get then written up. Sadly some corrupt DOSs are doing it as well.
