How is HCL working out, IT support?

Lots of complaints. My last issue took weeks to resolve. They don't always have the permissions to do what is needed. Multiple tickets have to be opened in a number of cases.
Yes agreed… my passwords were changed by IT… said that will stay for three months…hmmm don’t tell anyone
If you need your password count reset so you can try again, the first thing IT support will try is to tell you what your new password is.
Apparently it is easier for them to assign a new password to employees instead of resetting the password fail count.
So to answer your question, "poorly".
