Is it too much for leadership to finally start admitting that some of their decisions resulted in big failures, instead of trying to embellish the truth or sweep the mistakes under the rug?
Maybe then things would finally start getting better for all of us at Mondelez.

Mondelez leadership will never acknowledge their failed mission 1impossible! Probably whoever is responsible will get a huge promotion and a raise! Then they will leave with a generous “restructuring package” and laugh all the way to the bank! Current leaders will blame peons for not implementing iMission 1 correctly ! (I’m talking to you SRs, order writers and merchandisers)
