VZ, AT&T; and Lumen (Former Qwest/Centurylink) knew about these issues for decades and chose not to do anything about it. Guess what, it now comes back to bite you; well deserved for not being responsible about things in the first place towards the general public, and the wellfare of its' employees in the field.
