And you're only in July. The real fun doesn't start till August.
Best advice I can give is to just tune out the world around you. Focus on what you can get done, go home and let the chips fall where they may. You're not going to get it all done in 40 hours and if you use OT, they will not be happy. Why bother ki-ling yourself. They will not care. Its a no win situation.
Too mentally exhausted to job hunt at the same time. That's the plan I think. But on the other side of rush there will be a large number finding other jobs. Some aren't even waiting.
It's a job not a career.
NO room for growth, NO room for anything. If they tell you anything else, they are lying to you!
