Anyone else lose the ability to see the current employee count in WD? I went in to check earlier today and it gave me a message about permissions not being enabled? I had access to this previously, so I'm wondering what's going on.

Clients are complaining. A lot. And Frank knows this, because he himself often has to get on calls with them to try and smooth things over with false promises and often monetary concessions.
He simply doesn't care. He's practically daring many to leave. If it wasn't so expensive to break contracts, Fiserv, especially bank solutions, would be past circling the drain.

Things have to fall on the floor to get help, sad to say but it's true. This is hard to do for those of us with a strong work ethic. Going over the top and weekends one in a while for a project and/or incident is fine, however this should not be the norm. This is exactly why other countries have laws and counsels to protect workers. The US is lacking in this regard so it is up to You to put limits on your work hours. I keep saying to do an honest days work and leave the rest for tomorrow. You Must have a decent work life balance.
Those of us in my business unitvare working eight hiur plus in the office. Then going home and working two or 3 more hours. We are also working weekends. The sad part is we can't keep up. If we help one bank 15 other banks don't get attention amd then those banks complain.
The numbers really have been dropping even more than thought. FI was ~44k a couple years ago then saw ~41k, now ~36k. I guess when you start outsourcing everything you don't need people or institutional knowledge. After the knowledge is gone the vendors, outsourcers and cloud providers will have FI by the ba--s. They already have one of them, its just a matter of time before the other ball drops.
The WD number is NOT an accurate reflection of total employee count.
