A lot of you have the AUDACITY to speak about Fiserv in a negative way but you still work there and get a paycheck. 5 days in the office was a normal thing back then and now we need to help the Gen Z's learn some work ethic instead of scrolling through Tiktok and vaping Jules.
How about you all grow up and tell everyone here your role and what department you work for?
No? That's what I thought. Sit down and keep working for FB and make Fiserv amazing again. He's not the best leader but he's the best this company's got.

Sorry. Facts are facts. Boomers have been running this country and corporate America for over 30 yrs now. If you want to blame anyone for being unable to retire, it's the people of your generation and their terrible policies. I'm in my 40s. It's time for the Boomers in power to get out of the way and let us fix their messes.
Shut up boomer
You who call out boomers better watch it, Kharma is a bi%%h. And I'm sick of hearing your kind of milk-in-the-mouth BS. I worked remote looooong before covid and FB coming in. They used it wack us for not moving to NJ. You don't think boomers would want to retire? Study your history and come back here when you reach age and listen to the older people. Someone needs to tell you you have no experience. Bad business people like FB in corporate America so afraid to lose their billions and the gov't make it impossible to retire. How's your 401K savings going d-mba$$?
Short timer here. The new motto here is work harder not smarter.
Boomers have been in control of the power in this nation for 40 years. Yes, we are gonna blame one generation for the problems when they won't give up the power they have and cling to it into their 80s. Retire already.
HEY ALL OF YOU!!!! I'm going to call ALL of you out to show yourselves! Come on, be a man and show yourselves!
(I'm going to yell and shout at people and then post anonymously)
The person who wrote the boomer comment, I mean seriously? You're going to blame one generation for the economy? Can you be any more short-sighted?
Three letters - KMA. Who the f*** are you? Mr or Mrs Fiserv tow the line? Besides, it's not Fiserv anymore.
Gen Zers work at Fiserv?
As a Gen X'er, I'm just going to sit back, put my Sperry Topsider-clad feet on the table, pop the collar on my Izod polo, open a California Cooler, and watch the fur fly.
Listen stop with the Boomer cr-p leave that for your echo chamber.
The Fiserv 'Boomers' built the company, none of us have beach houses in Hawaii heck most of us have never been to the island unless it was complements of Uncle Sam. Expectations of college, we had to pay for it by working our way through school, going to night school or the military. The loans these entitled generations now are demanding to be canceled add more to the debit trust me every generation is adding to the debit.
Fix it, term limits would go a long way.
Yes boomers have bailed out of the work force stop bi--hing you have to pick up the slack we did. I agree the fat cats in all of government (both parties all parties), these large hedge funds, unions live large. Everyone is out for themselves period. No, it's not fair life is not fair there is no participation trophy for trying.
Sad part here these posts make the case Gen Z's need to RTO but OP many of the boomers left because they got sick of these kids complaining. Just makes it eaiser for Frank to outsource or hire Indians stateside.
I must have missed you identifying yourself in youe post...
Gen Z's? Is that what we are calling the huge number of Indian hires in the states? What about all the Indian contractors overseas? How does being in the office benefit collaboration with them? I generally like these folks so not bagging on them. However outsourcing our jobs is a sore spot for me in this company.
Frank I work a second job on your watch make $150k combined doing it
Ok little $itch baby. CU Solutions Engineering. And we're being run into the ground....looking around where are these Gen Zers??? Call yourself out tool. People use the site to say their peace and move forward about layoffs.
Hmm....Was OP looking for entertainment, not sure I quite buy that but it's plausible. I would tend to lean more towards frustrated and disgraced JP spy ring folks now at FI. These guys can't can't control the narrative, spy on you here or retaliate. I for one appreciate the open dialogue. Yes there are some childish anger and sarcasm issues however that is a minority.
I think the OP was looking for entertainment and you guys came through. BRAVO!
It's great to see people not understand that Fiserv has had a flexible work schedule for the better part of 7 years. This was an amazing perk. Covid wasn't an excuse as we had this policy before. It's not a Gen z problem, it's a corporate problem. Frank has to stop being a child and read the room. All these new hires are here to put fiserv on their resume' and move on in a year. We are seeing the start of a yearly high turnover problem which means as the real knowledge ages out there will be no one to support clients.
Frank demonstrates a failed leadership model and ravages Fiserv along with stripping away the culture and most of the exceptional talent. Frank and his executive team along with a pass from the board is actually destroying a company when they really should be answering to the shareholders and the employees.
With that proper context, you are chastising current and former employees for voicing opinions that are simply an echo of the "elephant in the room". These are issues that a simple child could see.
The best outcome is for Frank, Guy, and Pete to leave and never come back. In fact, they aren't fit for any position and their history of manipulation, being fired, and perhaps even facilitating fraud is more than enough evidence for them to enter some sort of retirement.
Frank...CEO...and all around good guy. Now get back to work my little minions.
Boomers have literally robbed the wealth of their own grandchildren but please tell us more about work ethic you dinosaur.
You prove the saying "ignorance is bliss..."
OP - your righteous indignation is misdirected.
You should start with what Frank takes out of the firm relative to the poor grade of work he performs.
No one can compete with him on enrichment for such poor returns.
Why out myself? Frankie can’t seem to find me. I get into the official on time, badge in, clutter up outlook with lots of junk to keep sapience happy and sc--w off. Have a bridge? India will join. I was collaborating at the break room. Collaborating with my colleagues chews up their time as well. Make sure to put it on outlook so the time is accounted. Get a few minutes of something resembling work done, shuffle some stuff about, ditch most emails respond to a few with the ever popular we’re looking into this…
Badge out at 5 turn off the phone and see you tomorrow at 9.
It’s what fiserv pays for, if they wanted better employees they would pay better and value them better.
You know we are just going to teach gen Z how to cheat the system, right? Maybe they can teach us how to watch tictok better.
It will be the most knowledge transfer to take place at Fiserv since before these layoffs started.
Lol. Okay Guy. Why don't you lead off with your name/position/ge----o rank before demanding everyone else pony up? Your knees must be really sore.
And lol at blaming younger generations when it's the damn olds that can't adjust to a changing work landscape. Good companies are changing with the times. Fiserv is stuck in the 1950's. Takes gall to blame the people doing all the work for your inability to adapt. Tone deaf much?
But what can we expect? When you aren't servicing Frank or beating your wife, you don't have anything else to do, huh?
You boomers talk about "work ethic" like you haven't sold out our country and economic opportunity to foreign bankers
A lot of you old people just go to the office to escape your nagging 2nd/3rd wife, stop pretending like "not having a life" or "hiding from your home situation" is "working hard".
Such an old outdated boomer take. Shameless audacity of boomers to lecture us.
a few generations ago someone could work as a shoe salesman and provide for a family with a house and car on one job. Now look at the country. Boomers dined and dashed, left us with unfunded liabilities in the trillions.
It's not my job to teach Gen Z's work ethic...it was their parents and if they don't have it their parents are the one's to blame for their poor work ethic.
I like how you left your title and department out of the original comment...
Frank has a good point
And now since experienced, long-term, highly productive people didn't want to uproot their families and move to BH, and were then let go and replaced by the Gen Zers you mention, you want us to not only do our own job but also train their inexperienced replacements? Puhleeze!
Lol wow. Tell us you’re an id--t without saying it. Gen Z isn’t the problem, ego and actually allowing Fiserv competitors gain a talent advantage is. Do you even realize how much intellectual talent and investment Franks ego has cost the company ? It will come back to haunt him and the fools that enable him.
I think you have nerve to speak when you apparently don't know the extent of what really happened. When you work your bu-t off for this company for 20+ years, make yourself available on days off and vacations when needed. Work overtime that you don't get paid for due to being salary but do it because you love your job, love your co-workers and really care about your clients. And get let go because the company allowed you 10+ years ago to move out of state and work from home and now want you to up root your life and your family to move back to an over priced state to be in the office. This is wrong! This was not a work from home situation due to pandemic. I was provided permission to do this because I worked hard and they didn't want to lose me. And I continued to work hard, my yearly reviews proved it. Clients voicing this to my supervisors proved this. My co-workers recognizing my hard work with living proof awards proved this! But because some man needed his ego boosted with an overpriced new building and a major tax break I lost my job after 20+ yrs and 10+ years from retirement like alot of other hardworking employees! This was more then someone whining about coming back to office after pandemic!
Let's see how many DOWNvotes this post gets! My bet is alot!
