Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Nobody regrets leaving Truist

My advice is to get away as fast as you can. Things are only going to get worse for us. The people I know who quit have no regrets over it. They are enjoying their new jobs and not looking back. There's no reason for any of us to stay a day longer at Truist than we have to.

I left back in march after 15 1/2 years and have absolutely ZERO regret. What a wretched place Truist has become.

I miss my work friends. But that's honestly all I miss. There were plenty of good experiences prior to the merger. But from the moment the merger was announced, everything turned lousy.

I respect your feelings how we I’ve worked for 3 other banks on my life and this is by far the best. I think a lot of it is where you end up

This is true. Left after bonus. Enjoy reading about all the BS which I left behind. Zero regrets.
