Nobody gives a cr-p anymore, but can you blame us? You can only mistreat your employees until a certain point before we break and say "fu-k it." I'm not even trying to do my best anymore. My bare minimum is what they've been getting for a while now and that's what they'll keep getting. Fair is fair.

Agree, many are doing the same that I know about. Middle management is cr-p, hiding information, no transparency, using people to their advantages, mis treating us and clients and taking all the credit themselves.
Where are their ethics? Don’t they do the mandatory trainings?
