L&D is going to have to preference similar to the Frontline. I truly believe this means more cutting, so buckle up folks. Once they get final head counts for Frontline folks, then more cuts for training/ developers. We will need to align with headcount. So even after some folks got let go a couple weeks ago, we still have too many trainers, training managers, ect. Not sure when they'll announce this idea (which doesn't impact upper management) just get ready. They call it preference but we know it means we only have so many seats and nothing will be guaranteed. So just like the Frontline l&d will be slimmed down further. This company is going down faster than a chic from the streets. Mission accomplished Hanzie your 5eee network with no intellectually responsible workers is about to become reality. Oh and if your a Frontline worker the spc just had a big party celebrating you all being laid off in Basking Ridge NJ this week. You can't make this stuff up, this company is very insensitive. With dignity they say hahaha. Well may the odds be ever in your favor... this is your heads up warning.

My SIL was laid off from LD last year and she was so happy when it happened. She was so overworked. That group is expected to do everything, not just training. They are the clean up crew for leader's bad decisions.
TAKE THE PREFERENCE! *Packages being reduced to bare minimum after this round. *The era of two weeks per year will be cut in half and capped to just six weeks. *Hanz Gruber needs to cut but no longer afford golden parachutes. *It is Nakatomi Tower for everyone, no parachute.
Take the money and RUN as fast as you can…..place is going DOWN.
