The lack of transparency once again indicates how much we are neither respected nor valued here. Fake PIPs and layoffs which they try to keep behind smoke and mirrors raise nerves and certainly reduce productivity. They don't seem to be aware of it?

this whole 15% pits colleagues against each other. Creates a very toxic culture.
I assure you they are aware of it, they just don’t care. They will make sure they get out the forced “Inconsistent” ranked associates, and Senior Leadership, the PAs and DMs, turn a blind eye. I would love to see All Associate Survey results after this.
I agree - everyone is looking over their shoulders these days and thinking, if it can happen to them, it can happen to me. I wish they would be honest and declare that they over-hired rather than slapping an unfair PIP. It is heartbreaking.
