Employee Appreciation is in September not in July 🥹
Last year it happened after employee appreciation month. It always does. And it was after the 4th of July. Be on the lookout.
Layoffs during appreciation month? Now THAT would be hilarious😆

Summer is slow. Hiring is slow thus no new heads to fill in for the b-ms that will get off'd. It will happen once things pick back up.
It started on Monday 12th June in APAC for CIB Payment Tech….
