No changes for store managers. But we did the pilot multi location CMM and it was a success. So anticipate those being the roles impacted the most. Realistically less than half the locations need a CMM and they can be shared, if they didn’t have to work cash and cover so much due to TM cutbacks

The call started with the presenter saying changes will happen in the next few weeks or days but then at the end of the call they said no changes will happen for our store leaders. Make up your mind!

But yes, you would be foolish to think that we will not be exempt from the changes that happened already in the US.

We lost a great leader today.

If you think Canada isn't going to get hit like the US did with restructuring then you are mistaken. The RM they kept was the inept one, so it's already the 'bro' buddy game happening.
