LOL, those M'F3rs are only interested in their bonuses but want us to believe that they lead with care.
You “Teammates” opinion is of no value to anyone in management other than maybe that poor team lead who doesn’t want you to leave as it will cause more work for him or her assuming they can do your job to begin with. Don’t bother with HR they are not on your side!
