Keep in mind... workers don't buy ads on cable nor print. So who do you think commentators & opinion writers are going to throw their support behind? There will always be an unceasing stream of cheerleader content for big business & CEO's and against workers.
I am getting SPAM'd with articles indicating that WFH is failing, it doesn't work, yadda yadda yadda.
I have always felt like the pushback against WFH is based upon management's desire to keep their thumb on you. And thus you have the allegation that people who work from home are going to goof off. Well, if your productivity lags, isn't it easy to know if you are actually working?
I am watching Fiserv consolidate people on one floor amd then trying to lease out the other floor to another company. At one time I was a proud Fiserv employee. Now not so much.
We need to bring back that wonderful commute that used to ki11 10K Americans yearly, back when most had some form of immune system.
