Fintech workers union needed

Has anyone else thought about forming a fintech workers union? Frank and the clown show at the top make more money and we all fear for our jobs and wonder when we'll be forced to New Jersey. Then when Frank gets bored and walks with his millions what guarantee do we have that the next CEO won't decide everyone needs to move to California...none!

We need to take control of our own future and a union seems to be the most logical solution.

You you enjoy extra lube when your are dealing with management. No friction is important for you. Good to know.

Unions, cough, I have been in a couple different Unions many years ago. All they did was cost everyone money in the long run. They also complicated the work place and caused friction between workers and management. Neither union was much help on anything. Never again. Maybe they are ok for coal miners or similar dangerous work environments.

I say that a motion be presented at the next board meeting for Frank to be removed from his position as CEO and Board Chairman. Let’s have his a-s removed immediately!!!!

Oh, there is most certainly a guarantee. There is zero percent chance when you have a guy like Frank running things that he won't handpick his successor, and that his successor will be a carbon copy of himself. I'd also bet that when he is done as CEO he still stays on as Chairman of the board. Kind of like Vince McMahon, I can't see Frank giving up his power.

That said, if he tanks the whole thing and cashed out from a scrap heap sale like he did at FD, then he will no doubt be put out to pasture.

You don’t need a union. Do what I do! In most days, I deliver about 90 mins of productive work, the rest of my time, at my desk in BH, working on my masters. Let’s tank the stock, the board will fire his a-s.

I get the reasons behind this post, but I do not see a union helping us in any meaningful manner. Our workforce is geographically dispersed and the laws in our office locations are complex. If anything, the union would be more effective in WI, NJ, and NY.
