I know our clients are connected to this forum. What are you doing at Fiserv? Most banking Fiserv clients boycotted Forum 2023, agenda mainly focused on payments. I did my own survey, the majority told me they will not pay to see a drunken man speak! They are disgusted by what this man has done to Fiserv and the brand.
Also, we have seen rapid / epic termination requests. Now, it is about 5 termination requests a month. During Jeff era, about 1 every 5 years!

Complete lack of energy at Forum this year. There will always be a few cheerleaders, but the overall mood is low energy. Look at the very few posts on social (#fiservforum2023).
Frank doesn’t like talking to clients. Or employees. He inherited Forum and is probably thinking of ki-ling it.
Who was the keynote speaker? I only see "Special Speakers" listed on the event site
Forum kicked off yesterday and our clients are excited to be here. From the thousands of people I see, there is no boycotting here. It’s a great event for clients and Fiserv. How about supporting our Fiserv team and the year of preparation it took to get here instead of trying to drag them down?
Frank is not even staying for all of Forum. He leaves Vegas Tuesday night. Say what you want about Jeff, but he was meeting with clients throughout Forum to drive new business.
The only reason for clients to stay is to not breach their contracts and incur penalties. I'm not sure I've talked to a client in the last year that hasn't soured on the company under this "leadership".
If the clients have half a brain, they will see what the keynote speaker did to IBM and should be very very afraid what it will do to this sinking ship.
