Yes it’s been like this for months in tech support.
Seeing that so far this morning in the care department. This is nice. Let me ride this out until severance. Smarter of Verizon having the condemned take less calls…..I for one couldn’t care less about the customers now after this bs.

Well yes- we are being phased out as they get the new centers up and running. I thought it was pretty obvious.
