I can't wait to move on from this company. It has to make sense financially for me and my family before doing so. All I know is it will be such a relief to move on and great for my mental health. I'm embarrassed to work for this company at the moment. Leadership has let everyone of us down. I was hoping for the buyout but unfortunately didn't get offered it. Oh well.

Turns out the job wasn’t so simple after all. Look at how 5 order writers can’t do what 1 sales rep did.
You have to pay for intelligent people and they chose not to. Now it’s gonna cost them more in the long run.
