Has anyone noticed a change in tone by Payments Dive? Last year’s articles smelled blood in the water and tried to get the truth out of FB re: layoffs. Now they are all smiles and giggles. FB got to them.

Agreed, with the last poster, Fiserv just threw advertising $$ with them to shut them up.
Most likely a joint Fiserv & Payments Dive advertorial content will be coming soon. If Fiserv is paying for a high profile article (say on digital payment transformation), then Payments Dive will scale back their questioning on head count and other things Frank did not like.
Like it or not, that’s the way these things work.
Agree. Bet you they sent the big dogs and threatened a lawsuit or similar.
