There’s bunch of Dir+ population twiddling fingers at C1, does redundant work, put a new spin… revert back to old technologies, practices who need to be first ones to be fired to save a ton of money.

Capone is not doing very well financially, all the parameters are in red, their revenue went down by 18% and net income was down 60% year on year no wonder Rich was crying, instead of firing the IT people they should fire the top management as they have failed a big time!!
I am not a people manager but this week spoke with one and was told his management in IT were having performance calibration meetings and a hard 15% are to be put as Below Strong for mid-year to set then up for a coaching plan then PIP or firing.
This isn't anything new they're been doing stack rankings for 3 decades.
How do you know? Was these some internal discussion?

I can't understand how they keep doing this and not get called out by their investors.
Note to investors - your cxx layer and their band of id--ts are destroying the company from within.
