Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Layoffs have never stopped

You know, I've got this feeling that layoffs at Fiserv have never really stopped. They've just become so cleverly disguised that they manage to go unnoticed by most of us. I genuinely feel sorry for those who believe they're safe during these long stretches between major layoff rounds. Trust me, there's no such thing as job security here anymore.

Fiserv has become one of the worst companies to work for. Where is Jeff Yabuki when we really need him. Let’s call it what it is now. Frank’s cubical Plantation/Prison!!!

Supposed to be a fintech leader, but won’t allow the employees to use that technology for work from home remote use? Overworked under paid. Working everyone left with skeleton crews. What an id--t!

We all know that Frank is trying to gut everything except his precious Merchant Products so that he can sell the rest of Fiserv to FIS. Then use that money to rebuild First Data. What a Bi--h move!!!

Yes they are hiding it and rats are everywhere reporting attendance. So and so was not here or left early. This is really sad and is causing in fighting and animosity among workers and management alike.

My team ans I were laid off about 5 weeks ago. No hoopla, no goodbyes. We were walked out.

You're right. It's still happening. They do hide it well and fly under the radar.
