I remember when customers who switched from t mobile would always tell me “I’m glad your customer service over the phone are not located overseas like T-Mobile”.
We’ll know we have those oversea reps .
The Alorica domestic Reps aren't much better. Give me a good old fashioned Call Center Rep.

When ever I have to call in I put it on speaker in front of the customer. So they can be embarrassed as well and they see we deal with the same sh-t.
That’s how they should have handled it. ViP customer service perk. US English speaking rep. 1 free late fee, 1 free reconnect fee, and one upgrade fee waiver per year.
I’d pay that so click to call goes to a US rep as well.

Perk add ons are 10 dollars, but could see this as a victory for the customer.
